   Hawaiian Sues Obama-Hawaiian Treaty Lawsuit

   This lawsuit is an amended complaint and is currently in the appeals stage alleging the violations of the supremacy clause and the Liliuokalani-Cleveland International Compact to administer Hawaiian Kingdom law and restore the Hawaiian government. This binding agreement subjects the Office of President of the United States of America and every successor of that office to the obligations of administering Hawaiian Law in the Hawaiian Islands and then restoring the Hawaiian government to the Hawaiian Islands.    Hawaii Revised Statutes-General Excise Tax Law

   Often times lawyers will tell you that "ignorance of the law is not an excuse." Until recently I was oblivious to this notion but then I woke up. Anyhow, do you know that there is a law stating that as an employee of an employer any salaries or wages earned is an "amount not taxable." Take a look for yourself...HRS section 237, chapter 24, paragraph 6. (AMOUNTS NOT TAXABLE) Of course, if one never knew this then they would get taxed not knowing their rights in law. However, a case note does elaborate on how this corporate scheme of manufacturing identity and disenfranchisement works. For you legal minded professionals...wrap your mind around this, "Capititis Dimunitio."
